From Naples to Your Neighborhood
'EveningSummit' started with a humble vision: to introduce authentic Neapolitan pizza to Rome. Established by the Rossi household in 1985, our small pizzeria began as a family venture, preserving recipes passed through generations.
During her travels in Italy, Marco Rossi, our originator, mastered the craft of pizza creation with Naples' pizza experts – where pizza was first created. When she came back to the UK, she was committed to replicating the essence of classic Italian pizza, using age-old techniques and only the best ingredients.
From a cozy 12-seat pizzeria, we have evolved into a community favorite, yet our dedication to authenticity and excellence remains firm. We continue our tradition with the original wood-burning oven, daily fresh dough preparation, and selecting superlative ingredients.
Now under the management of the Rossi family's second generation, 'EveningSummit' continues to be a family business with a devoted team. While we have adopted new technologies, the core of our mission stays unchanged: crafting delectable, genuine pizza that brings folks together.
